The recent Transient Rental permitting regulations adopted by Andes were mentioned and Transient Rental owners were reminded that to continue to operate a Transient Rental they need to fill out and submit the permit application to the Town.

TOWN BOARD BONDS WATER DISTRICT TO GRANT LOAN OF $2,950,000 FOR TWO NEW WELLS ON NEW CEMETERY ROAD AFTER PUBLIC HEARING – October 2022

Cedarwood pointed out that the old loans would be repaid in a decade or so, easing the burden on the water users. The new loan is expected to raise current yearly fees to Water District households, businesses and non-profits from $490 to $896.
