July 2: Sunday 2:00 pm “The Fall of Cannonsville” Film, 2023 Directed by Charles Cadkin, with Helen Schriver Grant and the former residents of Cannonsville, N.Y. and “Indian Summer” Film, 1960. Directed by Jules Victor Schwerin. Digital preservation by Charles Cadkin.
Two short films dealing with the sense of loss felt by residents of Cannonsville as their village was destroyed to supply additional drinking water to NYC. Suggested donation $5.00.
July 8 – October 14: “Wish You Were Here, Real Photo Postcards of Andes” From 1900 to 1935, professional and amateur photographers turned their cameras to local scenes and had them printed as postcards.~
