The Hunting Tavern Museum will open to the public after a two year hiatus and we are excited to welcome you back for a visit! We have re-vamped the exhibits, freshened up the interior and we plan on exhibiting some of the objects that we have recently collected. We will open on Saturday May 28 from 11 am to 5 pm and every Saturday through the Summer and Fall from 11am – 4 pm. We plan to have some special events for Memorial Day, July 4 and Community Day.
Our Thrift Shop, in the Old Fire Hall, located next to the hotel is now open Friday and Saturday from 10 – 4 pm. After Memorial Day it will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 10-4:00 pm. Please drop off donations of furniture, household goods and gently used clothing during those hours. The sale of your donated items goes toward the operating expenses of the Tavern and the thrift shop. The Andes Society for History and Culture owns these historic buildings and is run totally by volunteers. Please stop in this Summer!~
