Planning Board Meeting, Andes, NY. October 13th, Zoom.
A public hearing was held on Charles “Skip” Vezzetti’s application for a Lot Line Change off Route 30 and the Reservoir near Rainbow Hill Road. No objections were heard and the plan was approved.
Walter Devivo’s application to do a minor subdivision of 18 acres out of a 102 acres parcel on Cross Mountain Road was again discussed. He needs to do a soil test and survey the 18 acres. The Planning Board did not reach a conclusion in this meeting.
William Duke: Re: Water and Sewer Connection at 486 Main Street: Bill Duke spoke in regards to connecting a building which he also owns to the sewage laterals at 506 Main Street. This would link the two buildings without tearing up Main Street to access sewer lines. Kent Manuel from the County Planning Board noted the property is within the “100 Year Flood” path and this issue will need to be addressed for the project to be approved. Bill Duke will continue to work with the Planning Board on these details.
The Minutes for the September meeting were approved, and the meeting was adjourned by Frank Winkler, Chair.
