 The new staff butcher at the Andes General Store is Andersen Morse, who grew up in Margaretville, and after college trained as a butcher with Fleishers in Brooklyn. He is opening a Whole Animal Butcher shop at the store.
In 2016, Zagat recognized Morse as one of New York City’s culinary game changers under the age of thirty. Visit him next time you are in town. ~
