On June 9th at 3 pm the first ever Andes Town Social will be hosted in the gardens beside the Andes Presbyterian Church. Everyone in the area is welcome to attend and participate in this audience-fueled event. Come prepared to participate.

At about 3 pm we’ll be making a craft suitable for all ages. It’s also a good time to bring your lawn chairs and blankets close to the stage to get comfortable before the show. Our entertainment opener will begin about 3:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance and our National Anthem.

From there you’ll become a part of the experience as judges in joke competitions, characters in familiar plays, or back-up vocals for sing-a-longs. You’ll also enjoy tall tales, short stories, poetry, songs, art and music that reflect life in Andes, Delaware County and the Catskills. Performances are by neighbors, friends and families working together to entertain.
