Andes Central School is proud to announce the Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2017.  Serena Bacon has been named valedictorian.  Serena is the daughter of Ed and Grace Bacon of Andes.  While at Andes Serena has been active in National Honor Society, where she has served as president, Student Council, SADD, Drama Club, Track and Field and has been very active in many church activities.  As part of her Senior Project, Serena had a book published through Amazon.  Serena plans to attend Utica College and major in child psychology and get a dual certification in Childhood and Special Education.

Winifred Richards-Consigny has been named salutatorian.  Winnie is the daughter of Julian Richards and Juliette Consigny, both of Bovina.  While at Andes, Winnie has been very active in the Drama Club, Outdoor Club, SADD, Student Council, National Honor Society and Track Field.  After graduation, her plans are to attend Purchase College and major in creative writing.~
