Nearly 30 of our children in grades K–6 have been enjoying going to Plattekill Ski Center on Fridays for a day of skiing. This is a great chance for the little ones to learn to ski and enjoy the snow. We would like to thank everyone for the donations to our Elementary Ski Club, which helps lower the cost to families.
The third quarter began on January 30. On February 14, 65% of our 5-12 students were recognized at the Academic Recognition assembly for meeting requirements for Honor, High Honor or Superintendent’s List during the 2nd quarter. One student in each grade PreK-4th was also recognized for their special efforts during the 2nd quarter. They all received certificates and a coupon for free ice cream in the school cafeteria.
