Just for fun, a couple of Andes residents are teaming up with local businesses to start a monthly “Andes Hide & Seek” photo hunt.

Each month a photograph will be published in the Gazette. To participate,  visit local shops and restaurants looking for the item pictured. Once you spot the object, please ask a staff member for “The Notebook” so you can register your find by signing the book and stating what the object was and where you found it. Be sure to include your phone number. The staff will initial next to your name for verification and submit the information for the drawing.

You have until the third Saturday of each month to seek this item and qualify for a chance to win a prize from that business. Winning entry will be notified via phone and the winner will be announced (with your consent) in the following month’s Gazette along with what the prize was.

Participating businesses include restaurants, shops and stores,  so have fun and enjoy  your adventure.

Employees of participating establishments are not eligible to apply.
