One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating. —Luciano Pavarotti and William Wright, Pavarotti, My Own Story
And how very true that is during this season of celebration when welcoming family and friends around the table is especially meaningful. The Andes and Bovina Food Bank sends warmest thanks to the following who have made it possible to welcome our neighbors to the Food Bank’s savory table:
- The Andes Gazette
- Ann and Len Cairns
- Jan Stevens
- Andes Presbyterian Church, Bovina Presbyterian Church, St. Anne’s Catholic Church (Andes), Saint James Episcopal Church, Andes United Methodist Church
- Delaware Opportunities
Joi Brundege has resigned as coordinator of the Food Bank. We are so grateful to Joi for her dedication, her willingness to go many extra miles, and for the growth of the Food Bank during her tenure. Joi, we wish you the very best as you go on to new challenges and opportunities for service. The Steering Committee is working through the process of coming to a decision regarding Joi’s successor.
