Groundbreaking took place on Thursday, August 23rd, for the primary care facility being built by Bassett Healthcare on Lower Main Street in Andes. Silt barriers are in place and excavation work is underway.

Once construction of the modular building is completed, Dr. Susan Fiore, who has practiced in the area for some time, will take charge of the new medical office.
