At the July meeting, the Andes Senior Club voted to cancel the August 18th  meeting as some members will be involved in the Delaware County Fair. The next meeting will be on September 15^th at the Andes Methodist Church, hosted by Joi Brundege and Bill Elwood. The Andes Club has been invited to the Eighth Annual Senior Council dinner and meeting on September 12th in the pavilion at The Hidden Inn, Main Street, South Kortright. Menu includes salad, rolls, chicken or beef entree, vegetable, dessert, coffee or tea. A cash bar will be open for purchasing soda and alcoholic beverages. There will be presentations of The Senior Citizen of the Year and The Outstanding Senior Contribution awards. Tickets will be $17.50 and can be purchased from Betty Little, 676-4672. The deadline to purchase tickets is September 6th. We encourage all Andes Seniors to attend this affair where you will get a chance to meet with other senior clubs.~
