As usual we had a nice selection of food for lunch and a productive meeting even though just nine members could be there. Trip coordinator Jane Berghammer announced information on our forthcoming trip on July 21, for Dinner Theatre at The Beaches Inn, Rome, NY. We will be enjoying a buffet, music, comedy, stories and a two-act skit on the amazing engineering feats used while building the Erie Canal. Bus leaves at 8:30AM from the Andes Fire House, which will be open allowing use of the rest rooms before leaving. We should arrive at the Beaches Inn at 11:00. Fee for this trip is $43.00 for paid up members, $50.00 for others. For reservations, contact Jane Berghammer, 845-676-3529 ASAP. There will be a rest stop on the return trip if requested.

Don’t forget the Senior Council Pork Barbeque and Pie Auction on June 14th  at the Delhi American Legion. Pork barbeque served from 4:30PM to 6:30PM, pie auction from 5:30 to 6:00 or until all pies are sold. Pies are made by club members. The barbeque is a bargain for just $8.00 and the pie auction is always fun. Tickets are available from Betty Little at 845-676-4672. ~
