At the 2009 Organizational Meeting, held on January 12, the following were among the resolutions and appointments:Monthly Town Board meetings will be held the second Tuesday of each month. From November through April the meetings will start at 12:30 PM. From May through October they will be at 7:30 PM.

Monthly ZBA meeting will be on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 PM.

Monthly Planning Board meeting will be held on the fourth Monday of each month at 8:00 PM.

Rosemary Schaumloffle was appointed as a member of the ZBA through December 31, 2013

Frank Winkler was appointed as a member of the Planning Board through December 31, 2015.

The Construction / Renovation Committee consists of Councilmen Ritchie Gabriel and Martin Liddle.

The Town Hall / Court and Highway Buildings Committee consists of Councilmen Shayne Moshier and Daniel Grommeck.

The Highway Committee consists of Councilmen Ritchie Gabriel and Martin Liddle.
