The Town of Andes 2009 Organizational Meeting, along with the regular monthly Board meeting, will take place on Monday, January 12th at 12:30 pm at Town Hall.

At the December meeting, the Board passed a number of resolutions. Among them was:

Resolution #54: Town of Andes – Opposition to the NYCDEP draft amendments to the watershed rules and regulations

and Resolution #55: Requesting the NYSDEC not to adopt regulations and/or policies limiting or regulating natural gas mining in the Town of Andes.
