Just when you thought you knew where things are in Andes, like where to get your hunting license or dog tag, where to go to complain to the Town Council or apply for a building permit, or, if worst came to worst, to appear before the judge, the well-worn town offices at the east end of the hamlet are flying off to spiffy new quarters in the Andes Pool House, leaving the Court behind.
