Do we have a digging addiction in Andes? Every year it seems there’s another reason for the return of the backhoes (and still no DOT roadwork and Streetscape project!!).* In December Chad Phillips’ company reprised last year’s sewer and lateral installation, this time to excavate for the replacement of lead water connections with plastic pipe. Fortunately for the workmen, the weather was unseasonably fair.
