TOWN OF ANDES PROPERTIES NOW ASSESSED AT FULL VALUE

The Town of Andes recently underwent a revaluation of all properties bringing assessments to 100 percent of market value. By March 1st, Assessment Disclosure Notices showing the changes in preliminary assessments will be sent out to property owners, along with a letter of explanation.
