Roger Casas purchased the property at 40 Lee Lane, a private road, just behind Two Old Tarts and he will convert the house into three units: two apartments above and one living unit below where he will dwell and will create three parking spaces side by side within his land to accommodate the additional occupancy.

Artie Short submitted his Code enforcer’s report. The Town also approved Snow Plowing and Winter Oil and Fuel Purchases based on the bids received. Town approved all warrants and bills.
Next meeting will be November 5th, at 6 pm, Public Hearing on the 2021 Budgets to precede it at 5:45 pm, both on Zoom. ~
