Cannabis Local Law: A sample cannabis local law was forwarded to the Town from the Delaware County Sheriffs Office. If the Town wishes to opt out of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments from locating within the Town, they must do so by December of this year.
