ANDES CENTRAL SCHOOL’S 2015 VALEDICTORIAN & SALUTATORIAN — June 2015

Andes Central School is proud to announce the Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2015.

Torin Bacon, the Valedictorian of the Class of 2015 with a GPA of 95.96, is the son of Edward and Grace Bacon.  Throughout high school, Torin has performed at the highest level in the most rigorous academic program available to him.  In addition to his high school courses, he will have completed 12 credit hours of college coursework by the end of his senior year.  Torin is a member of the National Honor Society and plans to major in Physical Therapy at Utica College.

In addition to being an outstanding student, Torin is very involved in school and community activities.  He was a member of the South Kortright Central School Section 4 championship soccer team and participates in track and field at Andes.  He is a member of both chorus and band and is involved in numerous clubs and service organizations at school and in the community.

Cassandra Storey, the Salutatorian of the Class of 2015 with a GPA of 93.75, is the daughter of Robert and Tammy Storey.  Cassandra has also performed at the highest level in the most rigorous academic program available and will graduate with 12 credit hours of college coursework by the end of her senior year.  Cassandra is the Vice President of the National Honor Society and plans to attend Montclair State University and major in psychology.

Cassandra has also been Class secretary, SADD president, Outdoor Club Secretary, Yearbook Vice President, a captain for her Relay for Life team and has participated on the tennis team, golf team and basketball team.  Cassandra has also been very involved in many organizations in her school and community.~

June 2015 graduates
