On October 22, ACS took a school-wide field trip to NYC to see “Aladdin” on Broadway, for any students and staff who wanted to go. This day was made possible by Arts in Education monies and a grant from the O’Connor Foundation. Approximately 75 students in PreK-12 and 20 staff members, along with a few parents, boarded the Eastern Travel buses around 8:30 a.m. for the trip to NYC to see the matinee performance, which was enjoyed by everyone very much. Everyone enjoyed dinner on the way home at the Mid-Hudson Buffet. Thank you to Ms. Sharon Tucker, who organized the whole trip. A great time was had by all!!!

Recently, we have completed the installation of a new boiler in the main building. The old boilers are approximately 40 years old, and one was in need of major repairs. We were able to purchase and install a new boiler before the cold winter weather sets in.~
