WINTER WONDERLAND, EVEN WITHOUT SNOW

On December 3rd, as we gathered at Bohlmann Park, near the crèche heaped with Norway spruce boughs, I thought, “Oh I wish there was snow like last year. The children had so much fun rolling down the little slope.”

December was a month of three seasons; it started with unseasonably warm weather, followed by pouring rains and overflowing streams, and then, a sudden drop in temperature turned the rain to snow overnight.
